In the afternoon after a sumptuous lunch, everyone gathered again in the throne room ready for the bestowing of generalship on Sabine. Arerto sat on her throne surrounded by her advisors and ladies in waiting as Sabine once again marched into the throne room and stood before the Arerto. Arerto announced that it was time for Sabine to take her oath of office and Sabine started to recite the oath.

I Lady Sabine of Talia, having been appointed an officer in the Army of the Talia, as indicated above in the rank of General of the armies, do solemnly affirm that I will support and defend the Laws and will my Queen and the people of Talia. against all enemies, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter, so help me Goddess Simetra.

Arerto handed Sabine her general's baton to mark her position. When this was done Arerto retired to her chambers. After about an hour she sent word to have General Sabine visit her in her chambers. Sabine now in her lighter leather armour came to the royal chambers closing the door behind her. Seeing her Queen they both smiled and rushed into each other's arms and started to kiss.

"You summoned me your majes.. I mean Arerto?"

Sabine almost forgot that in private there was no status difference between the both of them. Only in public would she refer to Arerto correctly. It was still hard to get use to but she would manage it Sabine waited for Arerto to reply
