Neutralizing Urahara and learning something new

I decided to take care of my biggest threat when it comes to keeping this pen: the man who made it, Urahara Kisuke.

After cleaning up a bit and getting dressed we were on our way to the shop. On the way, I began explaining what they would need to do.

"I need you two to distract Urahara and whoever else is there. Ichigo, why don't you just say there was a strange new hollow and make something up from there. Just keep their attention on you. Orihime, I want you to be ready to protect me if needed. If anything gets past Ichigo, you need to be ready with your shield."

Orihime nods, but looks confused. "Of course I'll protect you Kon, but why would you need me to? Urahara and the others don't have any reason to attack you, right?"

I sweatdrop and wave off her question. "Let's just say their may be a misunderstanding and I need a minute to...figure out how to explain it." I lie to her, knowing she'll buy it. "Now, we're almost there, Hime why don't you give me a big kiss for good luck in...coming up with an explanation?"

She smiles brightly back at me and nods. She wraps her arms around my neck and leans in, meeting my lips in a deep kiss. I make it considerably less romantic as I grab her ass, squeezing and rubbing it as I grind my dick on her. "Ah, welcome to the Urahara Shop valued customers~ How can I help you today Kurosaki?" Kisuke says with his weird tone of voice. As my two new toys approach the mad scientist, I slip off(hopefully unnoticed) behind one of the shelves of items and crouch down. With a quick look around, I pull the pen out and start writing on the lower half of the wall as fast as I can.

1. Nobody in the shop can harm, restrain, or kill Kon.

2. Nobody will consider Kon's ownership of anything strange

2a. Nobody will think it's strange that Kon has the pen Urahara created or that he uses it.

3. Everyone in the shop will offer to let Kon write on them if they see him.

3a. In addition, Kon is allowed to write on anyone and anything he wishes in the shop.

4. Urahara and other employees of the shop will continue to manage and work for the shop as Kon's employees.

5. Employees are not allowed to quit their jobs unless Kon allows it.

6. Attractive women are required to strip down to their underwear in the shop.

6a. If they are not wearing underwear, they will instead strip naked.

7. Kon's lingering gaze on a woman's body will be considered flattering inside the shop instead of perverted, uncomfortable, or disgusting.

8. Kon can touch any woman he wishes to in any way he wants inside of the store and they will take it as a great compliment instead of perverted, uncomfortable, or disgusting.

9. Any sexual and/or perverted things Kon says will not be seen as disgusting or inappropriate and instead be taken as a great compliment or flattering statement.

9a. Any requests of sexual nature made by Kon will be followed happily inside the store.

10. Any and all sexual activities that happen in the shop will not be mentioned outside the shop unless Kon allows it.

After the first few rules were written, I slowed down a bit and put a bit more thought into the rest of the rules. With them all done and giving them a once-over for any mistakes or loopholes, I put the pen away. Standing up, I turn to see Orihime is doing dramatic gesturing of some strange hollow for their lie. Her audience of Urahara, Tessai, Jinta, and Ururu seemed to have varying levels of interest in the description. I clear my throat to get everyone's attention. Orihime stops and everyone turns to me.

"Hey guys, what's on the wall down here? Seems like something was drawn here for some reason." I say in my best confused voice.

This causes some curiosity in the shop workers, as none of them had obviously noticed something there before. I move out of their way as they come over and look at the rules. A moment passes as they read and I start to sweat, thinking I should get behind Ichigo and Orihime for protection if this doesn't work.

Luckily it does, as when the four of them turn around Kisuke is the first to offer me his arm. "Oh boss, these are just your rules. Which reminds me, would you like to write on me?"

"Indeed Owner Kon, do you wish to write on me as well?" Tessai asks respectfully.

"Er, d-did you want to write on me Mister Kon?" Ururu asks shyly.

"Hey, you can write on me if you want, but don't put anything dumb." Jinta says rudely.

I grin in victory. "Why yes, I would like to write on each of you. Just a second." I pull the pen back out and Urahara doesn't even blink at seeing it. Holding his arm steady, I start writing my way through the group.

I wrote those same three lines on all three of them, not bothering to get too fancy since none of them are hot women. Ururu could change in the years to come, but I'm not into kids. I put the pen away as they all check out their writings.

"Alright, now you are all completely loyal to me and desire nothing more than to make me happy. Understood?" I give out the orders, getting nods in return. "Good. Now Orihime dear, I think you should take note of the rules. One in particular applies to you."

She tilts her head curiously and comes over to see the rules. She reads through them until she finds the stripping rule and blushes. With a quick apology, she strips down to her underwear. I somewhat regret not destroying her underwear earlier now, but that's not a problem now anyways.

After she drops her last piece of clothing, I pull Orihime back into my arms and start molesting her body without remorse. Ichigo snorts from where he is standing. "I bet you were." I ignore him in favor of hearing Urahara's response.

"Oh she just went on one of her exploring walks in her cat form this morning boss. I'm sure she'll be back anytime~" Kisuke says happily.

"Indeed, if she were to be gone longer she would tell us in advance, which she hasn't." Tessai offers.

"Good, I would hate to have missed her. I hope she gets home soon." I exclaim my relief. As I tease Orihime's cunt towards another orgasm, I consider what I should do next. A thought occurs to me as I ask Urahara a question. "Hey Urahara, if I claim ownership of someone's body with the pen, can I change their body by just describing changes?"

Sadly, the shopkeeper shakes his head negatively. "I'm afraid not boss, the pen isn't that strong." As I start to think again, he speaks up once more. "However, with Miss Inoue's abilities and Ichigo's power, changing the body is a relatively simple matter."

This catches my attention. "How do ya mean? Don't her powers just change something back to how it was?"

"In layman's terms, yes. But say you took ownership of Kurosaki's gender and said he was a woman-"

"What? Why are you using me as an example?!" Ichigo asks indignant.

"-then the perception of reality would say he is supposed to have a female body. In theory, this would allow Miss Inoue's to change Ichigo into how 'she' is supposed to be." Kisuke finishes his explanation without acknowledging the human soul reaper. "The only foreseeable issues would be Miss Inoue's willpower and the energy to fuel the change. The latter is solved by Kurosaki providing the energy and the former would be solved by you claiming her confidence/willpower and giving the appropriate order."

The wheels in my head turn as I process this. I even stopped messing with Orihime, who whines at the halting of pleasure. But sadly, this possibility takes priority.

"And that would work? Me claiming something, verbally changing it and having Orihime and Ichigo do the rest?" I ask in disbelief.

Urahara holds his fan up and does his eye smile thing. "In theory, yes it should. After all, her powers are in actuality changing reality already. And she already has the potential to raise the dead, just lacking the willpower to do so."

'Oh man, if that actually works, I'll be golden! But how to test it?' I think to myself. My gaze wanders over to Ichigo and I gain a perverted grin. "Hey Ichigo, come here. I want to write something on you."

He scowls as he walks over. "Now I know why I was used as an example. Thanks a lot Hat n Clogs."

"You're welcome Ichigo~" Kisuke responds cheerily.

I take Ichigo's unmarked arm and write the appropriate words before doing the same on Orihime's arm.

Putting the pen back away, I speak once more. "Now, Ichigo is a woman." I turn to my Hime with a smile. "Orihime, why don't you help Ichigo fix her body. And whenever I ask you to use your Shun Shun Rikka for me, you will have absolute confidence in yourself to do so."

My sexy little airhead straightens up, smiling brightly. "Right, I can do this!" She exclaims, hopping up and facing her former crush. She holds her hands out in front of her, the fairies flying out and surrounding Ichigo. "Soten Kisshun, I reject!"

The shields around Ichigo glow in light, obscuring the substitute soul reaper from sight. The tension I feel in the room right now is peaked. I hold my breath, waiting to see if this miracle idea works.
