Neo is the short, mute, cute henchwoman and partner of Roman Torchwick, or atleast she was, depending on where exactly in the show’s timeline this takes place, there’s also the chance the girl is instead on a vengeance quest for her lost boss and friend.

To say Neo is tiny would be something of an understatement, with the ice-cream-themed thief being just about 4”11 in heels, and 4”7 without them. She has something of a habit of acting impulsively, and without thought for the consequences of her actions. Along with this, for someone who can be so sadistic she’s surprisingly easy to intimidate when she finds herself out of her depth.

All in all, Neo certainly has the possibility of getting into some trouble, possibly enough that even her illusions and combat skills won’t be enough to bail her out of. The only question is -
