Ascot
A ascot or "hanker-tie", is a neckband with wide pointed wings, traditionally made of pale grey patterned silk.

A square or rectangular piece of cloth worn as a covering for the head, neck, and shoulders.

Stole
An ecclesiastical garment consisting of a decorated band worn on the back of the neck with each end hanging over the chest.
