Naruko Targaryen - The Silver Stark

At the end of the rebellion Ned brings back his sister's body as he learns she gave birth to Naruko Targaryen the heiress to the Iron Throne but their is one problem. She was born with the Targaryen features.

Will Naruko be targeted by those who hate her father and the Targaryen's and what are their plans for her or does Ned come up with lie explaining her looks. Unknown to him that Aerys knew about Rhaegar's marriage to Lyanna Stark and put a spell on his niece.
