Nar Shaddaa (Tier 2)

Nar Shaddaa is Coruscant like planet, its surface is fully covered by skyscrapers. It is located in the Hutt Space, basically the whole planet is like a criminal underworld. Unlike Coruscant, here the upper levels are just as dangerous as the lower ones. There is no law here, the Hutts (the most influential crime lords) have the only "law enforcement" like authority, but mostly, they don't really care what happens on the planet as long as their crime businesses aren't harmed. Nar Shaddaa is filled with poor aliens, the population density and the lack of a proper management of the planet causes massive pollution and terrible hygiene circumstances, which often result in poor health for the locals. The life expectancy of the inhabitants is exceptionally low, so they try to enjoy the life as long as it lasts, spending a lot of time in cantinas, casinos, strip clubs and similar places.

Traditionally, whenever there is a war in the galaxy, the people flee their homes an come to Nar Shaddaa as a last resort, when no other planet would accept them and they have nowhere to go. They are often exploited by the Hutts or the local gangs, slavery and similar things ran rampant here. One similar operation is thought to be run by Uppa'Dor here, Republic agents have found a club that works **** girls (not an unusual thing on Nar Shaddaa), but as it is under Hutt rule, the Republic has nothing to do with it whether it wants to or not. The reason why it is special is that, the Republic believes it to be a part of a **** network, run by Uppa'Dor, he kidnaps girls from Coruscant and other Republic controlled planets and sells them for the Hutts on Nar Shaddaa for extra profit.

The Hutts are dangerous and very influential crime lords of the galaxy, they control numerous planets, like Nar Shadda, Nal Hutta or Tatooine.

To shut down the place would take hundreds of clone troopers and would cause a massive diplomatic problem with the Hutts, who are neutral in the current war. But as Uppa'Dor is involved, the Jedi council decided to send a Jedi to investigate the place to find out more about Darth Sidious. Your mission isn't to stop the **** network, only to find information. Being found by the Hutt authorities to be acting on their planet without their consent would cause a huge galaxy wide diplomatic incident.

You land at the Red Light Sector, the centre of criminal activities of the planet. You better leave your armour on the ship to remain undetected but you also have to part with your weapons, as you were told only unarmed people may enter the club. Having a lightsaber on you would cause enough trouble anyway. You put on your robe and head to the club to see what you may find out. It has a huge Twi'lek dancer on a hologram right before the entrance, you can't miss it!
