Naomi takes charge

Naomi grabs some nipple clamps and swirl them around while looking at Mika.

Mika stands up when Naomi head rushes her into the turnbuckle. There she puts the nipple clamps on Mika's breasts and pull on them making Mika scream in pain.

As Naomi continue to pull on the clamps, she then starts to elbow Mika repeatedly in the face over and over again, never letting go of the clamps that pulled on the good doctor's breasts.

Naomi then turns and starts to slam her breasts against the side of Mika's head till she grabs one breast and slams it on top of Mika's head, making her fall down.

"That was Naomi's hammer and nails move. That has to put the doctor to sleep!" Tommy screams.

The referee slides under Naomi's legs to check on Mika, who shakes her head.

Naomi sees this and pulls Mika up by the nipple clamps and climbs on top of her on the turnbuckle. There she turns and slams her big ass into Mika's face.

Naomi really smother Mika's face deep into it as her head continues to bash against the turnbuckle.

The crowd screams in delight as Naomi holds her hands up in victory, all while smothering the doctor again in hope to make her pass out.
