Nami has some special bracelets for Luffy

"Oh that's right. I forgot about those," said Nami as she was rummaging for something else.

"What is it, Nami?" asked Luffy.

"After Enies Lobby and we were chilling on Water 7 for a few days, I had the oppoprtunity to buy these," said Nami as she pulled out a pair of bracelets.

"What about them?" asked Luffy.

"They look like regular bracelets and to me they are, but..." said Nami as she walked quickly to Luffy and put them on his wrists, causing Luffy to feel a bit weak. "They are actually imbued with Seastone. Not enough to completely drain you, but since this training is about not using your Gears, I want to make sure you don't go into them whilr we're doing this."

"Is this necessary, Nami?" asked Luffy as he was feeling a little wobbly.

"It could also help if you were put in Seastone cuffs by the Marines or something but yes. This is about training without your DF. Learing to use the bo staff without your DF is part of my training for you," answered Nami.
