Nami "tucks" Luffy's penis

Nami pulled down Luffy's underwear so she could have a clear view of Luffy's penis and balls. Nami pulled on it a bit and saw that it was indeed stretching like the rest of his body would. Nami at first pulled Luffy's penis out and then she took Luffy's balls and was able to wrap them around Luffy's penis. Nami then pushed his penis up inside on itself until only the head of the penis could be easily visible.

When she was done, Nami made sure Luffy had her attention. Nami then explained to a still exhausted Luffy what she had just done to try and hide his penis. Nami then explained that his penis was so tucked in, he'd need to pee by sitting down and no longer standing up.

Luffy could only stare at Nami in horror at all that she had done to him and dreaded what she'd do next. He didn't notice as Nami then subtly replaced his underwear with an extra pair of her panties.
