Naked in the water

Abbey hunched over in the water. She was naked! Frantically she looked around frantically, but there was no sign of her bikini. She was naked outdoors, at a public beach! She clutched her chest and crotch, looking nervously to the beach.

Luckily, it seemed no one had yet noticed her. But it was just a matter of time. After all, she couldn't stay in the water forever! But what could she do? All her clothes were there on the beach! How could she get to them?

Finally, after minutes of fidgeting and hiding in the water, feeling around her bikini, she came up with something resembling a plan. It looked like there were less people up the beach- she'd have to go up there, get to land and find something to cover with. Then she could double back and find her clothes, with nobody knowing about this humiliating disaster that had befallen her!

So Abbey began slinking in the water, wading up the beach until it looked fairly abandoned. She looked back at the crowds. People might see her, but nobody should have a clear look. If she was quick she could dart across the sand, get to the brush and hopefully find something to cover her nudity with. But did she have the guts to go?
