Naked Program

“I’m going to sign Arnold up to this volunteer naked program which will legally obligate him to be naked for at minimum one year,” Carter said. “He’ll have to show off his little wiener to everyone since he likes it so much. And this is 24/7. He won’t be allowed to wear any clothing or even cover.”

“Oh my,” Debra said. “And what if he tries to cover?”

“He’s permitted to be spanked,” Carter said. “Anywhere anytime. My mom told me about this program and they’re looking to test it. So Arnold will be the first and only one naked before they implement it elsewhere.”

“Oh my…” Debra said.

“He’ll also have to use the opposite gender bathroom so he’ll only be able to use the women’s bathroom and locker rooms. He’s not allowed to hide either. Stall stays open,” Carter said.

“That sounds perfect,” Debra said.

“Good because I just submitted the form on Arnold’s behalf. Now we’ll just wait for approval and… oh it’s approved. It’s official. Arnold is now legally obligated to be naked.”

“Nooo!” Arnold cried not believing this was real.

The girls all giggled. “I’ll notify Arnold’s teachers,” Carter said with a smile.
