The next morning I was sitting at the table wearing one of Magic Man's shirts as he stood shirtless in the kitchen making breakfast for us. "Couldn't you just abracadabera us some food?" He looked over his shoulder at me. "I could but it would taste awful. Practice makes perfect, not magic you know." He carried over two plates of french toast and eggs. I took a bite and it was like going to heaven. "See what I mean?" He said. I smiled at him.

He really was a deam boat. He was handsome, charming, skilled in the kitchen and skilled in bed. Hard to believe he is a villain. "So what are you going to do now Nova GIrl." he said, snapping me out of my trance. "What am I going to do? I thought I was your prisoner?" I said in flirtous tone. He laughed. "I usually don't take my prisoners to bed or make them breakfast." I raised an eyebrow. "So what's special about me?" "I don't know. There is something different about you." I blushed.

"Tell me Nova Girl. Why did you decide to become a superhero?" I looked away. "You promise not to laugh?" He gestured 'cross my heart and hope to die.' I smiled, he was so sweet. "I'm looking for a boyfriend. I won't settle for anything less than a superhero." His smile disappeared. "Oh....I see." For some reason it hurt to see that smile fad. "I know. Not all that heroic, I know." "No it's fine. Better than the ones who just want fortune and fame." "Well, some hero I turned out to be. I was planning to take you end but instead we end up in bed and having breakfast."

He looked back at me. "How important is it that you end up with a superhero." I couldn't bring myself to look at him. "What does it matter?" "Because I could help you." I looked at him. "How?" "I could let you turn me in. You'd gain a reputation, open up the door to potential heroes." I looked at him with a sad look. "But then you'd got to jail." He smiled. "Did I mention I'm an escape artist?" I giggled. "I never would have guessed." I guess that could work but it's not a garentee I'll actually catch a heroes eye. Plus.....I had to admit, I really liked Magic Man. He seemed disappointed that I wanted to be with a superhero. Maybe he felt the same way. Last night was amazing.
