NYE: Leah Leaves the Club with Sam

“Yes…” Leah whispered before kissing her friend again.

Leah and Samantha stumbled out of the club, their bodies still buzzing from the adrenaline of their impromptu kiss on the dance floor. They decided to grab an Uber and head back to Sam's place. As they waited for the Uber, Leah couldn't help but replay their kissing on the dance floor in her mind. They held each other close, not just for the cold wind on them in New Year's night. Samantha broke the silence.

"Should you text Jonathan something?" Samantha asked her with a look that said "are we really doing this?"
