Mysterious island

You woke up one somewhere you didn’t recognize, you looked at yourself and you thankfully were fully clothed and had all your things, although your phone was no use as you had no signal. You looked around and saw this island had no signs of civilization, there was nothing but wilderness for miles and miles. You also saw not too far was what looked like the ocean and from there you couldn’t see any boats or a coast. You then heard a sound, you thought if you should follow it or not.
