My Hero Academia

A world with super heroes and villains, where even the more mundane members of society had quirks which allowed them to do things that no one else could do.

The ring would be a worthy weapon in the hands of the right individual, able to alter another to fit their design.

Would it find it's way to a hero, and usher in an age of peace? Would a villain acquire it and plunge the world into chaos and darkness? Would someone more mundane get it, with unpredictable results?
