My Abilities

The nice thing about being given the dark gift by a three hundred year old vampire like Emily is that you inherit alot of abilities. For instance I can turn myself into a mist form. Mist is helpful if I need to leave or enter a room undetected either through an open window or through the crack at the bottom of a door. My physical strength is greatly enhanced to the point you could call it superhuman. How strong? I once lifted a three hundred pound man up by the balls one handed and crushed his nuts. Believe me with my love of ballbusting that added strength comes in handy. I have cat-like night vision as well. I can also hypnotize the average human, this is an ability that will become stronger with age. Yes I not only inherited some great abilities from Emily she has also been very patient in teaching me how to use and access these gifts. Oh and before you ask I can also take the form of various animals including a wolf and yes a bat.

Unfortunately there are also limitations. While not deadly sunlight severely weakens us. Water is also not our friend. That old cliche about garlic is unfortunately true, in fact we cannot eat human food. We can drink **** but it has no effect on us. This can actually be a blessing at times that we need to fit in but don't want to be drunk. Interestingly marijuana smoke does have the same effect on us as it does on normal humans. I don't know how but since I do upon occasion like to get high I don't care.

Mirrors, that's tricky. No we don't cast reflections in antique mirrors because they were made with silver backings. Modern mirrors however have aluminum backings and we do cast reflections in those mirrors.

Emily has taught me so much since giving me the dark gift. I'm truly grateful to her.
