The sound of crickets outside fill the silence. The sun has long since set, so the only light illuminating the room is from the streetlights outside, and a lamp by Niki's bed. It's enough. You can see the warrior woman's natural beauty as clear as day. She looks to you with a crimson gaze--one that strikes fear into her foes, though you have seen the softness within many times. Even now she looks to you, not with rage, but with something else.

"So you came for me first, right, Kyle?" she asks.

"I did. I asked around, and someone said they saw you climb the roof, so I came as quickly as I could."

"That was a pretty embarrassing situation up there, huh?" She laughs awkwardly.

"I guess Fang got her wish."

"We uhm... certainly were in a situation. It would have been worse if you didn't trap her. That was quick thinking."

"Thanks. Guess if we face her again, we gotta be really careful not to get shot. Though I guess that's usually the plan with arrows in the first place."

"I'd rather a situation like that happen again than get killed by a real shot."

"So you enjoyed it?"

"Oh come on! I said I'd rather that then die!"
