More Outfits I Guess

You duck back into the fitting room and grab your phone, the screen pulsing with pink light as Becky's animated figure bounces excitedly.

"Omigosh, look at you working it!" she squeals. "That dress is so perfect on your cute little body! Here's your reward, babe—you earned it!"

A shower of digital confetti erupts across the screen as +3 Return Points materializes in glittering numbers. Your total now shows 4 Return Points accumulated.

"Keep this up and you'll have enough points to..." Becky pauses, twirling a strand of her cartoon hair. "Well, let's not worry about that now. Just enjoy your shopping spree!"

You tuck the phone away and emerge from the fitting room, still wearing the emerald wrap dress. Clara immediately hooks her arm through yours.

"That dress is absolutely divine on you," she gushes, guiding you through the boutique. "David has surprisingly good taste for a banker. Now let's find some more options."

Over the next hour, Clara and Natalie assemble a growing collection of outfits—each one more feminine than the last. You try on sundresses with delicate floral patterns, a structured blazer with matching slim-fit trousers, and a sleeveless blouse with a bow at the neck that Clara insists "screams office-to-drinks versatility."

"What about something for going out?" David suggests, leaning against a display of accessories. There's something different in his demeanor now—a confident ease as he watches you model each new outfit.

Natalie's eyes light up. "I have just the thing!"

She disappears into the back of the store and returns with a midnight blue cocktail dress so small it barely looks like more than a scrap of fabric on the hanger.

"This will be spectacular with your coloring," she insists, already ushering you back toward the fitting room.

This time when she follows you inside, you stand your ground. "I can manage this one myself, thanks."

Natalie looks momentarily surprised but shrugs. "Of course. Call if you need help with the zip."

Once alone, you examine the dress. It's a form-fitting mini dress with thin straps and a neckline that plunges far lower than anything you've tried so far. The fabric is a shimmering midnight blue that catches the light with every movement.

Slipping it on, you're immediately aware of how much skin it reveals—your legs completely exposed from mid-thigh down, the neckline offering a generous view of your cleavage despite your modest bust size. You turn to check the back and discover it dips nearly to your waist, leaving your entire spine exposed.

Your phone buzzes with a text notification. Expecting Becky, you're surprised to see it's from an unknown number:

"Can't wait to see you tonight! After what happened with Matt, I wasn't sure you'd want to meet up. You looked so hot in your latest post. xx Jamie"

You stare at the message, bewildered. Who the hell is Jamie? And what post is he talking about?

Before you can investigate further, Clara calls out, "Come on, Mia! Let us see!"

Reluctantly, you step out in the cocktail dress. David's reaction is immediate—his eyes widen and a flush creeps up his neck. Clara lets out a low whistle.

"Now that," she says appreciatively, "is what I call making an entrance. You'll stop traffic in that dress."

David clears his throat. "It's... it's nice."

Natalie circles you, making small adjustments to the fit. "We'll need to take in the waist slightly, but otherwise it's perfect. Shall we add it to your selections?"

You open your mouth to decline—the dress feels far too revealing—but Clara jumps in.

"Absolutely! David's treating today, right David?"

David nods, still looking somewhat dazed. "Whatever Mia wants."

Your phone buzzes again in your hand. Another message from Jamie: "BTW saw Clara's IG story. New dress looks killer. Save it for tonight? "
