1. Megara or just Meg - This girl has plenty of experience in being a minion already, and the cunning to go along with it. The main problem is that she's currently the minion for another villain in the God of the Underworld Hades. So your not sure summoning and snatching her away from Hades is the best move.

Hmm perhaps if you personally went to meet with Hades, and tried to negotiate ownership of Meg's contract with him. After all he's currently recruiting for his planned coup against Olympus, maybe you could promise the aid of yourself and your forces in exchange for Meg.

Not to mention you could inform Hades of his lackeys Pain and Panic's deception, and reveal that Hercules is still alive as a demigod.

1. Princess Meride of DunBroch - Now this is a real spitfire of a princess who you see plenty of potential in. Plus you think you could gain her loyalty by giving her the freedom to choose her own path.

Also after that heated argument with her mother it's the perfect time to summon her, before she finds that old witches home.

1. Vanellope von Schweetz - Well this would be a very unorthodox choice, a video game character from a world where their secretly alive. Considering her current outcast status as a Glitch, and how she's treated she probably be the most easy to convince to join you.

Their are two main problem here for this choice. The first is her physical age thanks to her game design being of a child. But that's something you can easily change. Since you can use your power to not only help her turn her Glitching from her curse to a gift. But maybe hack her code so speak and age her up into a older teenager.

The second problem is as she's said herself is racing is in her code, and a part of her. So even if she joined you she'd still have a desire for racing. But perhaps you could use that desire to your advantage, and grant her wish.
