Montage of Training

Zeke spent the rest of the night with Alex trying out the transformation spells. Mostly they were low effort spells to make you look better or clean yourself up.

Alex had grown taller by a few inches, his purple hair was down to his shoulders and his old t-shirt was transformed into was how long sleeve.

"How do you know when you've leveled up?" Alex asked.

Zeke looked at the utility spells, "This one should do it, Stati!" He pointed his index finger at himself. A translucent display formed in front of him. It had his name and other pertinent information about himself.

"DAMN! This lets me know a lot about myself..." It had stuff like sexuality, gender identity, even level of education. "Okay it looks like my skill level is still novice... It doesn't give me anything like percentage or power level..."

"Well it's getting late, we should probably hit the hay," Alex said yawning. "Is there a way you can set me back to normal?"

"Let's see... Reseti!" Zeke raised an open palm at Alex and his body began to morph back into his original shape and color. "Everything in order?"

Alex gave himself a once over, "All good" he said giving a thumbs up.

Zeke took the book into his room. He tried to get to sleep but the power he'd been given really made him curious. He looked at some of the next level spells. A few caught his eye: Gender Change, Personality Shift, Clothing Change. He'd have to see if Alex would let him try them out.
