Moira explains.

Moira said, tactfully hiding any sense of friendliness. Sasha had been tied to her chair by rope, her hands behind her back and her feet to the bottom of the stool.

Moira grabbed a long, rusty combat knife. This wasn't the first time she'd done this. Sasha screamed out in fear as Moira put it against her, and went dead silent when she started cutting. The blade stabbed into the neckline of her Vault 101 jumpsuit, and sliced down the middle of it all the way to her crotch. It was a fast, swift motion that left her revealed, her busty breasts and fuzzy crotch on show.

"Very good hun, you're gonna be the prime pick. Much easier to get results with. Those ghouls ain't got nothing on you." Moira almost seemed jealous of the bombshell unveiled in front of her. She looked back to her research paper as Sasha sobbed softly.
