Modification Room

Vanessa entered the Modification Room. Inside, Vanessa saw a nearly empty room, with the exception of what seemed to be a touch screen, as well as a circular panel in the center of the room. Vanessa is startled by a feminine voice from some hidden speaker.

“Welcome to our modification room. This is a room designed for visitors to see how we modify and improve our livestock through a combination of hormones and genetic editing. Please select the modification you would like to see demonstrated from the screen. Some of the modification are experimental, while others are used regularly.”

Suddenly, the touch screen lit up and showed a list of available modifications. The list seemed to go on for ages, with nothing shown but their names. Vanessa couldn’t deny that she was a bit curious about what the different modifications did. She knew she was supposed to be looking for her friend, but surely she could look at a demonstration of two before leaving.
