Mitsuki speaks some sense into Izuku

It had been a long time since Izuku had last met Mitsuki, it had been since before Bakugo had a quirk, before Izuku realised he was quirkless and before Bakugo had stopped being his friend and started being his bully. Since then he’d only seen glimpses of her

“I’ve come to talk to you about Bakugo.” She replied, her tone surprisingly serious.

“How’s he doing?” He asked desperately.

“Surprisingly better than you.” She replied, her tone disappointed, “Izuku you shouldn’t dwell on Bakugo. He brought this on himself.”

“But he was my friend, and I think some part of him still cares for me.” Izuku mumbled but Mitsuki wasn’t convinced.

“Why? Why would you still consider Bakugo a friend. He’s done nothing but hurt you these last few years.”

“But sometimes I feel like there are times when he shows that he cares. Even if he doesn’t admit it.” Izuku replied, but the words felt weak in his mouth.

“Sometimes Izuku we invent excuses when people mistreat us. And you’ve been making excuses for Bakugo when he’s hurt you Izuku.” Mitsuki said, “and when Bakugo is at home he’s never shown the slightest concern for anyone but himself.”

“But-“

“Bakugo never appreciated or cared about anyone’s lives he was saving. He only cared about proving himself powerful. He never hid that-“

“But-“

“Izuku do you really think my son deserves to be a hero? Were you not hurt by what he did to you? Were you happy with the way he treated you?”

“It doesn’t matter.”

“It does matter Izuku, you do matter more than anyone. Your pain does matter.”

Izuku was silent, “maybe you’re right.”

“I am. If you want me for anything just call me.”

Ren for her part watched slowly, her teeth grit. She had never been the most patient girl, and to see her beloved’s guilt complex cause him pain was a problem she couldn’t deal with as easily. It was taking time, and Izuku wasn’t indulging himself with his new pet as quickly as he deserved to yet.

Still for her beloved she could wait a thousand years.

A/N: I know not a lot of erotic stuff happened here, but I wrote myself into a corner with Izuku feeling guilty, and it would be too much of a change for him to go from that to fucking Mitsuki. Suggestions from how to reach that point would be helpful, but I’m sure I’ll think of something.
