Which floor does Dan explore next?
Misuse of company equipment
Dan pressed the button for Logistics and waited for the elevator to arrive. He wheeled the cart inside and was soon wheeling it back out onto the next floor. He had never spent much time around Christine' office before, but now that he was on the Logistics floor, he realised the building was essentially a square, framed around a picturesque garden. He saw a few trees, a water feature and what looked to be some sort of attempt to create something similar to a Japanese sand garden. It looked only partially finished as he was looking down on it, he saw there was an Asian man in his early fifties looking at him. Dan was not sure how long he had been standing there.
"Hi, I'm David. Are you new here?" He asked.
"Good to meet you, David. I'm Daniel. I only started today. I'm helping Paul out in the mail room." Dan replied.
Dan decided for the moment he would keep quiet about Christine being his mother. He wanted people to speak to him without any sense of bias.
David joined Dan at the window and saw what he was looking at.
"It was a shame that. We contracted a firm to create this zen garden space for us, a place people could go and be contemplative. Kind of a little pretentious to me, but the firm went into receivership in the middle of the job, so it got left unfinished." David explained..
David was around the same height as Dan. A little overweight, he had a clear receding hairline. He looked like he was either from Korea originally or he was descended from someone who was.
"Do you work in logistics?" Dan asked.
"I'm the co-department head with my colleague Melissa. She's in one of the conference rooms negotiating with a new potential shipping partner. We've also got an intern, Hayden. Cute little redhead. She's around somewhere. She helps out in logistics and also upstairs in Legal. I think Brianna asked her to find some files for her." David told him.
"Yeah, I'm just wandering, delivering the post and finding my way around. I met Kacey & Karla downstairs." Dan replied.
"Stay away from those two." David jokingly warned.
Dan thought to himself it was a little late for that.
"Well, I'm heading out to get a coffee. I love this place, but you can never get a decent espresso from the machine here. The coffee shop down the street is really good. If I have any post, just leave it on my desk.
David left him alone, and Dan stopped looking out the window and went through a pair of doors to the right of him. It was a small open-plan office with three desks. He looked for the nameplates and found David's desk. He checked through the mail for Logistics and found items intended for both David and Melissa. He continued exploring the floor and saw there were signs for a conference room down the end of the corridor he was in. He thought it would be a good idea to introduce himself to Melissa before he went up to Legal.
As Dan headed further down the corridor, he could hear the unmistakable sound of a woman moaning. His curiosity got the better of him, and he continued further, closer to the source of the sound, keen to investigate. The conference room had a glass window which gave a generous view of the room. Within was a buxom brunette who was currently bent over the meeting room table and being taken from behind by a tall, muscular-looking black man. He was wearing a suit jacket with his pants currently around his ankles. The brunette was wearing a red blouse, which gave a good view of her large breasts. Her skirt was pushed up around her waist. Dan guessed this was Melissa. He was liking this form of contract negotiation she was currently engaged in.

Neither of them had noticed Dan's presence, so he was content to be a voyeur for a moment. The black was very furiously pounding Melissa. He was surprised that nobody else had discovered them, but then again, thinking back to his conversation with David, he kind of felt that he had been hinting at the nature of how Melissa conducted such meetings. He thought about wandering and advising her post was on her desk as an attempt at a joke but decided against the idea. He attempted as much as possible to quietly wheel the cart past the conference room without alerting them to his presence. As he was rounding the corner and on his way back to the lift, he was sure he saw Melissa wink at him.
.He returned to the elevator and summoned it so he could visit Legal and continue exploring. He pushed the cart and decided this time to go left. He found this way was mostly storerooms and archive rooms. He went round the corner and found he was in a long empty corridor. An idea occurred to him that was perhaps idiotic, reckless and could damage things. He decided it would be fun to channel his inner Randy. He started pushing the cart quicker and then broke into a run. He jumped onto the back of the cart and had fun as it careened down the corridor. He knew nobody was around, so he turned it around to have another go in the opposite direction.
As he was in the middle of his second run, he heard a female voice call from behind him.
"Having fun?" He heard her ask.
Dan immediately stopped the cart and spun around to see who was speaking. He was greeted by a tall, stunningly beautiful redhead. She was tall at around five foot eight, and had on a white blouse tucked into a high-waisted black skirt, black stockings, and heels. The look on her face was one of amusement.

"This isn't what it looks like," Dan said unconvincingly.
"It kind of looked like you were racing it down the corridor?" She asked.
"Well, that is one possible interpretation." He replied.
She started laughing. "You're a bad liar. I'm Hayden."
"I'm Dan. Nice to meet you. I only started today." He said, introducing himself.
"Claudia mentioned there was someone new joining. I've been here a few weeks. Also, you can relax; I like to do silly stuff like this when nobody else is around as well." Hayden reassured him.
"Well, you should embrace these moments of immaturity," Dan responded.
"Can I have a go?" She asked him.
"I have a better idea. Can I offer you a ride, madam?" Dan suggested.
"So chivalrous," Hayden replied as Dan helped her onto the cart.
Dan took a few steps back to take another run-up with the cart. He picked up speed but found that, with Hayden's additional weight, it listed to one side and clipped the wall of the corridor. This caused the cart to flip onto its side, sending the pair of them sprawling onto the floor. The pair of them ended up in a tangle of limbs, with Hayden ending up on top of Dan. They took a moment to work out what had happened, and they both burst out laughing. Hayden helped Dan gather up the post that had been scattered over the floor. She dusted herself off while she was still giggling about what the two of them had done.
"I think I might have to walk. Brianna sent me to get some files." Hayden joked.
"I have some post for her. Where is her office?" Dan asked.
Hayden pointed to the far set of doors. "Go through there and turn right. It was nice to meet you, Dan."
He watched as Hayden walked into one of the archive rooms. He checked the cart over to make sure all the post was still in the correct container for each department. Everything appeared to be okay, and nothing looked like it was broken. He pressed on and went through the doors. He turned right, following Hayden's directions. He found a set of small offices with nameplates on them one was for Brianna and another for Liam. He could hear talking coming from inside of Brianna's office and knocked on the door lightly. He heard her pause her conversation and come over to open the door.
A petite blonde white woman stood in the doorway.. She was very pretty and had a very angelic-looking face with striking brown eyes. She was wearing a grey blazer, black shirt and a pencil skirt.

"Dan," Brianna called, starting to hug him.
Brianna was one of Christine's best friends. They had started the company together around the same time and quickly became firm friends. Brianna was married, although Dan had only met her husband, Stephen, a couple of times.
"Auntie Bri", Dan replied.
"I should start pinching your cheeks and saying how of a good boy you are. You've not called me that since you were a kid." She teased.
"Its good to see you, Brianna." Dan replied more seriously.
"Come in and take a seat while I wrap this call up and we can chat," Brianna told him.
Dan followed her inside and sat down. Brianna went over to her desk and attempted to wrap up her phone call as quickly as possible. She put the phone down and joined Dan in a chair next to him.
"Dan, you've grown up so much. I've not seen you since you were sixteen?" Brianna asked.
"I missed seeing you. " Dan replied.
"Yeah, it's been a hectic few years. I really need to come over for dinner with your mom and sister at some point. How is Britney?"
"She's still at college. We don't really talk much at the moment, as we are both kind of busy." Dan replied, trying to evade the subject.
"Dan. Your mom is my best friend. I know Britney has been distant and shutting you both out. You can talk to me if you want to." Brianna said, leaning over to take one of Dan's hands in hers.
"Yeah, sorry. I don't know what is up with her we only exchange a few words at best most of the time."
"Christine has told me she's concerned but your sister won't talk to her."
"It's difficult. But what's happening with you?
"Work is really busy. We are trying to secure some major contracts. There are a couple of firms we are trying to get to use our products in their work, which would help with promotion.
"What kind of firms?"
"Daniel. We are a lingerie company. I think you can hazard a guess at the sort of companies that we would like to use our show our clothing.
Dan realised that Brianna likely meant adult video companies.
"How is Stephen?"
"He's overseas a lot. Business trips. I see him maybe a few times a month at the moment." Brianna said tersely
Dan picked up on a hint of tension in her voice when speaking about her marriage.
"Is everything okay?"
"I'm not saying I'm trapped in a loveless marriage, Dan, but the spark isn't quite there anymore, and I have my suspicions."
"I'm sorry to hear that."
"It's fine, Dan. But it's really nice to see you here, and I was delighted when Christine said you might be helping out for a bit. I have a couple of other calls to take care of. We'll catch up again soon."
Dan went to retrieve any post he had for Brianna before doing anything else. He saw the cart was almost empty and there were a few letters for Brianna's colleague in Legal, Liam. Dan saw that he did not appear to be in, so he left the letters on his desk. As his rounds were over, he headed back down to the post room. He found Paul was sorting out boxes of printer paper when he returned.
"Everything okay?" Paul asked.
"Yeah, met a few people. Delivered some letters." Dan answered.
"Claudia called and asked if you could meet her up in Design," Paul told him.
Why does Claudia want to see Dan in Design
