Those were the words the Shinigami had told me as I touched the notebook for the first time. At the time, I really couldn't believe it. But after a couple attempts, I found out about its glory. I used it to play with and fuck a couple hot girls in my college so far. But they all paled in comparison to her. Misa Amane. The model coincidentally went to the same college as me, and it wasn't like she went there secretly. There'd often be crowds and many fans cheering her on and begging for photos. Walking down the hall to my room, I couldn't contain my excitement as I opened the door. On the table next to my bed lied a notebook, in all caps. STOP NOTE. Flipping to the very first page, I got my ballpoint pen and wrote the name of Misa Amane into the book. Misa Amane-10 minutes.

I check my watch and wait for 10 seconds, the ticking sound inching closer and closer until it passes. I steadily open my bedroom door and walk down the hall. The figure there is completely still.
