The Covensky family has earned their wealth with their vast land which holds farms and fishery. The people who work the land are mostly human with the occasional elf.

The lord of the land is Edwin Covensky a portly man at the age of 56 who is married to his wife Elsa a curvashis woman is at the age of 48; together they had two beautiful girls. Annie is 26 years old and serves her family as captain of the guard while Cleo Covensky is 19 and practice magic and alchemy to better increase the crop yield of the land. The noble estate of the Clovensky is a three story stone mansion with two basements. The first floor is the barracks for the guards, sleeping quarters for the maids and butlers, the bathroom, and kitchen and dining room. The second floor contains the library, the rooms of the daughters, and the master bedroom. The third floor contains Cleo's greenhouse and personal lab. The first floor of the basement is the dungeon and cellar. The second basement floor has been locked for generations by an unknow spell.
