Mindy And Kailyn Head Out First

The rest of breakfast was finished in mostly silence, Kenny and Zoey both sulking over the thought that the other had no interest, while the tension between Anna, Nicole, and Eric kept the conversation very short. As soon as the majority of the teen's plate were empty, they left the kitchen, heading out to grab the gear they needed for their sperate activities. Kenny and Anna headed into the den, seeing as they were staying in, a movie on the flat screen sounded like a good pass time. JJ, Eric, and Zoey each headed to their rooms to grab to change before getting some skates while Brian, Rachel, and Nicole headed down to the basement for their ski's. This left Mindy and Kailyn alone in the kitchen with cleanup, which was perfect for Mindy.

As soon as they were alone, Kailyn looked over to Mindy with a raised brow, and the Asian girl let out a small smile, "Okay...so, this is kinda a weird thing I have to talk to you about..." Mindy sheepishly stated while the pair began to pick up the plates,

"You sure you want to talk to me?" Kailyn giggled, Mindy quickly nodded back, "I'm surprised. Usually, you only talk to Kenny,"

"Well, this isn't exactly a conversation I want to have with Kenny. I think I'm done putting him through the gauntlet, you know?" Mindy grinned, "He's my friend, my best friend, and that's the way it should stay," Mindy happily stated, "It's a way lot messy that way too,"

"Oh...I always thought you two would make a cute couple," Kailyn mumbled with a slightly teasing smirk,

"So did I," Mindy blankly agreed to Kailyn's surprise, "Ah! That's not the point of this conversation," Mindy said with a quick shake of her head, "What I need, is for you to bring me down to the store,"

"The store?" Kailyn asked back,

"Yes, see...I'm...I need to get some morning-after pills, and if I go alone, I won't know what I'm even looking at. I need help making sure I get the right stuff," Mindy explained with blushing cheeks,

"Oh...you've let someone...inside?" Kailyn asked with wide eyes, shocked that Mindy was having unprotected sex, and making it even riskier by not having her partner pull out, "Was this...Kenny?" She added on, with a near hopeful tone,

"Yes, Kenny did do that," Mindy admitted before swallowing hard, "A-And Brian..." Kailyn's eyes bugged out, "And Brian did it a lot last night..."

"Oh god, Mindy! That's so reckless!" Kailyn scolded,

"I know! I was...it was a heat of the moment idea that came into my mind. Brian did it once by accident, and then we talked about getting pills to make sure I wasn't...you know. And since I was gonna do that, I figured...what's the problem?" Mindy replied, though by the end her voice was low and her expression showed that she was now finding it hard to believe she let Brian do that as well,

Kailyn pursed her lips before blinking a few quick times, realizing that she had completely forgotten about Brian doing the same thing to her the other day. The ebony girl let out a quick exhale and ran a hand through her hair, "You know what, it's okay, guys and girls make mistakes all the time, and they can be fixed...we can fix this,"

"Yeah...thank god, I'm not ready for all that yet," Mindy said with a sigh of relief, "I'm gonna get on a pill and use condoms as an actual smart person would,"

Kailyn blankly nodded as the due dropped the plates in the sink before spinning around and heading out of the kitchen, grabbing their jackets, "Yeah, exactly condoms and the pill, that's really smart thinking and-whoa, wait...the pill? That's kinda for someone who knows their going to be very sexually active Mindy,"

"Oh I know," Mindy sweetly replied, "I think me and Brian around going to be doing that...like a lot," She grinned, "I kinda like doing it with him, he's cute,"

"Uh-huh...so you like Brian, right?" Kailyn asked with a raised brow,

"I don't know," Mindy replied, unable to hide her smile, "He's been super sweet, funny...he knows exactly what he's doing too. Every time we've done something, it's just like I always thought it'd be. Not to mention that he's told me I'm awesome, he wants to keep things going, and wants to-uh...you know, I think I'll stop talking," Mindy began to rant before pausing, her face turning red with embarrassment,

Kailyn pursed her lips as she finished putting on her coat and grabbed her shoes, thinking about the blonde teen for a long minute. Mindy seemed to be quite taken with him, but Brian clearly wasn't a one girl kind of guy. He had been upfront to her about all that, which Kailyn respected, but something was telling her that Mindy wasn't treated to the same honesty. And now, Kailyn couldn't get past the feeling of concern, Brian may have knocked her up and swept the girl off her feet, but Mindy doesn't have a clue what else Brian is doing. As the pair opened the front door to the lodge and stepped outside, Kailyn nervously chewed at her bottom lip, should she tell Mindy about Brian and herself?
