Mineta dident really even need to think about it hes known for a while what quirk he should have been born with he looks up at all for one with an evil sinister smile and says with his whole chest "give me a quirk to control people's minds". As he hears that all for one matches his smile to a T with a slow clap of his hands and a "wonderfull wonderfull i couldent pick a better quirk myself" without another word he reaches out grasping minetas forhead in his palm the information for the quirk flooding his mind~

QUIRK: REWRITE- it gives the quirk user the ability to rewrite anthing about a person that they have a conversation with, the longer the conversation the more and more drastically they can rewrite anything about the person~
