James found himself visiting Canada, specifically the same town that Sophia Diamond lived in. He devised a plan to make his way to her home, knowing exactly where it was thanks to his powers.

James knew that her family was on vacation without her, thanks to a tweet of hers referring to how her house was "Nice and quiet when the family goes on vacation". James pulls the rental car into the driveway, observing the large house from outside, and what might happen inside. He walks up to the door, and rings it, and waits for a response.
