Midori, 20 Years Old, Class 2-A

Midori is enjoying an ice cream as she walks home with Oda, a male classmate. Swimming was cancelled again, so they were able to leave early.

"Whatever. I'm glad Miss Hatsu didn't show up. She's a stuck up bitch." Oda says.

"I dunno. From my persepective, she's just about the only teacher acting normally." Midori comments casually. "Do you reckon she's coming back?"

"I wouldn't count on it. I haven't seen Miss Reina today. Have you? And she was the name below Miss Hatsu on the register."

"Oh wow, you think she's getting some sort of punishment?"

Oda just shrugs in response. "Who knows with this academy. It's pretty wild. And fun. Well, if you're a guy."

"I'm not here to have fun. I'm here because of the academy's connections. They say that universities and top employers around the world are expecting to be chomping at the bit to recruit graduates from the academy. We're all adults, so we have that extra bit of life experience and maturity, and also the Headmistress's reputation is supposed to be world renowned. Even if her methods are a bit unique, I'm willing to see it through to the end if it means a high flying career."

"That's funny, I hadn't heard any of that. I just got told that all the teachers were hot women. And that's all I needed to hear." Oda chuckles.

"You swine!" Midori punches him playfully.

"Say, whose name is above yours on the register, Midori?" Oda asks innocently.

"Oh I did check. A girl called Nishi from class 3-C, apparently."

"Oh shit, really? I heard that she didn't show again today."

"You're joking."

"I'm not! That's just what I heard!"

"You're kidding me. No way. I'm going back to check."

"Midori, wait! Ugh, okay, fine. Well, I look forward to seeing you tomorrow!"

Midori is already off, running back in the direction of the academy.
