Messed up Timeline

Lelouch walked through the barren earth dragging his heavy feet as he ignored the stench of **** around him.

At the moment he is simply Lelouch,with no significance.

There was no demon emperor nor zero nor L.L nor big brother.

He muted all the sounds that is going on around him as he dragged his body like a madman looking for something.

He saw a flash of green and ran towards it with his pathetic body and started digging only to find a handful of hair.

Tears welled up his eyes as he held the last remaining part of his companion as he cried for the first time in decades.

A weird machine suddenly landed behind him as a computerized voice declared "Found Alpha Target - Lelouch.Proceeding to use Level 1 authorities".

Lelouch didnt mind the machine at all as he looked over the lock of hair,lost in his memories.

But suddenly a wave of something passed through him as the hair in his hands started disintegrating.

Lelouch's eyes widened in fear as he tried to grasp his last bit of sanity but the hair became dust.

The machine took a step back in fear as the waves didnt affect lelouch at all as it immediately delivered a mesaage saying"Subject immune to level 1 waves.Requesting backup.Requesting cardinals to use code killer".

That was the last thing the machine was able to say before suddenly getting crushed like a tin can.

A trail of blood escaped lelouch's mouth upon using the power as suddenly a spear pierced through his body from the skies.

Thousand of robots surrounded him and pierced more rods into his body as every single one had mechanical runes all over it.A loud beep acted as a GPS as a bright light suddenly blasted the whole area disintegrating lelouch into pieces along with the country he resided in.

Lelouch opened his eyes to complete whiteness as he knew that he is dead and screamed"God.If you are here.Come forth.I want to use my favour now.Take me to past".

Lelouch was not able to use the thought elevators as every single one was completely destroyed.But now he has a chance.

A white glowing ball appeared before him saying"Iam sorry lelouch.Even though you have a favour,i cant send you to past.More specifically,your soul wont be able to manage the trip.I think you should know the reason.Even if i just send your memories,i cant send even mere 10% of your memories due to your condition".

Lelouch winced as he knew that.His body is already beyond repair but what was more alarming is that he has only 1% of his soul left.It was a pure miracle that he is still alive.

The god grimaced saying"If its any consolation,i can assure you that this timeline is a messed up one.No other timeline has the cardinals.So your timeline was doomed and seperated from start.There is nothing i can do now lelouch".

Lelouch looked at his hands in despair as he sensed no lie in his words.It was true.His soul wont be able to make the journey.Moreover even if go back he dont have enough information to carry over to his past self to stop the carnage that would happen.

Suddenly a voice chirped saying"I can help".

The god turned his head saying"I dont think there is any method that can make lelouch survive the trip".

I chuckled saying"That is if he is going alone.Merge us".

The god looked amused saying"You know that there is no benifit of helping him.You can simply occupy his place and he cant even oppose you since his remaining soul will wither in a minute or so".

I looked at god and smiled saying"Yes you are right.I get no benifit from helping instead my own personality will be changed die to merge.But iam willing to do it simply because i respect him too much".

Lelouch looked at me in wonder on why would someone would help him when he have no benifit from this.

The man before him offered his hand to lelouch saying"Lets go.You will get all the information after we reincarnate in past.But a word of advice,my emotions are rather ****".

Lelouch still looked at the hand in wonder as he finally accepted it saying"I dont know who you are.But you gave me a dying chance.You can use my body as long as you can help me with my troubles".

We both smiled as god nodded his heas and waved his hand as a bright light enveloped us.
