Meeting with advisors

Waking up about an hour after she and Selena fell back to sleep, Queen Rachel knew what she had to do next. She called for her attendant ****, “Summon my high council, ****.”

“Yes Mistress,” came the ****’s demure reply. With a bow, the **** left to go carry out her mistress’s orders. Less than an hour later, Queen Rachel was sitting at the head of the table in the high council chamber. Immediately to her right was the Hand of the Queen, her younger sister, Princess Keira. Keira was a lithe, yet very strong, domme who had long, light brown hair, smoldering dark brown eyes, and seductively pouty lips with a well defined jaw. Her responsibilities as Hand of the Queen largely revolved around maintaining the Queen’s peace and providing counsel and advice whenever called upon. When Rachel needed to pick someone to be her right hand, she could think of no one better suited for the job than Keira. It also eliminated any potential threat that Keira may have posed to Rachel’s reign, Keira had most of the luxuries of being Queen, with significantly less responsibility.

Continuing to look down her right flank, Queen Rachel’s eyes came to see her Mistress of War, who was also her cousin, Lady Leyla. Leyla’s body type was similar to Rachel’s, only Leyla was a few inches shorter than Rachel. Both of them had fought in many of the fiercest battles in the 20 Years War, and they both utterly hated the fact that Iran was gearing up for another war. To Queen Rachel’s immediate left was her Mistress of Coin, Lady Mariana. Mariana was not a very sexually active woman. She was older, in her late 50s, some grey starting to show in her otherwise dark hair. Her decades of experience working in finance, and the fact that she has been the manager of Rachel’s parents personal fortune for 15 years, made Lady Mariana well suited for the position of Mistress of Coin. To Mariana’s left was Queen Rachel’s Mistress of the Sciences, Lady Jessica. Lady Jessica’s long blonde hair was pulled back into a ponytail and she had to keep pushing the remaining locks behind her ears, occasionally adjusting her glasses as she did so. Continuing down the left side of the table, Rachel saw her Mistress of Intelligence , Lady Katherine. Lady Katherine had an average build, average face, and average everything. As the royal spy mistress Katherine needed to be able to disappear in a crowd.

Rachel’s high council was purposefully balanced like this. Three of the Mistresses were civilians, but the two Mistresses who were soldiers were also related by blood to the Queen and were much harder to replace. Rachel began to speak,

“Thank you all for coming on such short notice. I believe I have a good solution to the Iranian threat. But, just to be sure I have my facts right, Lady Katherine, how many soldiers does Iran have at the ready?”

“According to my subs in the Iranian government, your majesty, they have five million soldiers ready to attack at any moment. One of my subs told me that they plan to have ten million in three months time, and fifteen million soon thereafter. However, I can only verify the five million figure as I’m not sure if this particular sub was being honest with me or just trying to impress me so I’d let her out of her chastity cage. Best case scenario is five million, worst case, fifteen”

“Okay, so nothing has changed,” Rachel said with a suggestive smirk, “I propose that we take some **** boys, milk their semen, and develop a clone army of **** soldiers, commanded by the dommes we already have in the army. Your thoughts?”
