Meeting Vivian

You hear a polite knock at the door before it swings open and {Vivan} comes walking in. Every man in the rooms' eyes all go to the same place the second she enters your office, her chest. She's dressed in a grey skirt with heels and a red blouse with the top button undone, likely on purpose. She sure knows how to get a job. She's also sporting a pair of glasses which makes her look a hint more professional. Overall, her outfit isn't too crazy, likely being passable in a normal office if not for her excessive cleavage.

"Good morning." She says politely as reaches your desk, politely leaning over to shake each of your hands.

Of course, this little manoeuvre results in each of you having plenty of time to stare directly down her blouse and appreciate just how big her breasts are in person. Now that she's gotten closer to you, you notice the strong scent of an expensive smelling perfume.

"Pleasure to meet you Vivian. Please, take a seat." You say, taking the lead and motioning for her to sit down.

She does as instructed and sits opposite you and the HR team, looking slightly anxious as she's surrounded by numerous strangers at the table.

"Let's get started then. Ms Cho..." You start.

"Sorry, it's Mrs." She says, politely interrupting.

"Oh my apologies. So I take it that you're married then?" You ask.

"That's correct." She replies.

"I see. We can come back to that later. Now I understand that you've worked as a legal secretary for the past ten years. Is that correct?" You ask.

"Yes, I have." She responds.

"Could you tell us about your responsibilities there?" You ask.

"I'd be more than happy to. During my time there, I worked directly under a Mr Bates. I had a number of responsibilities including clerical work, comunicating with clients and helping maintain a stress free environment. I was also required to pretty much be at his beck and call 24/7." Vivian responds.

You can tell from the way that she talks that she's spent most of her career working in a very professional environment, begging the question of whether your team did an adequate job ensuring she knew exactly what this job was about.

"I see. I understand that you have two children. Were you really capable of being available 24/7 with them at home?" You ask.

"My children are in their 20's now, but my husband worked part time to look after them when they were younger." She responds.

"That makes sense. You're very lucky to have a husband like him. Now you mentioned earlier that you 'helped maintain a stress free environment'. What exactly does that mean?" You ask.
