Meeting Marc

"This is Mrs. Andrews, she's the new director for this department."

Arron got up from his seat and smiled warmly as Cynthia stepped aside and in walked a middle-aged man who returned the smile and offered his hand to shake. "I'm Erin, you don't need to use 'Mrs.' around me."

The man's handshake was firm and a bit too strong but he played off the pain a bit with some subtlety and turned his attention to the other man entering her office. Unlike the slightly balding man, this man was full of brown hair and his skin was clear, a slight five o'clock shadow appearing on his otherwise well maintained appearance, and the way he handled himself told him several things, one of which being that the man was quite confident in himself and was more than a bit cocksure. "This is my associate, Marc Edwards. He's a new hire, just came on a few weeks ago."

"Nice to meet you," Arron nodded with a smile and offered his hand to shake. Marc returned the shake with a general degree of firmness though, unlike his associate, was a bit more gentle in his approach. "Erin, my name is Erin."

With the introductions out of the way, the four of them sat down and while Cynthia and the older man were discussing personnel matters, Arron couldn't help but glance once or twice at Marc who was equally casting glances his way. It was a bit interesting, there was something different about him than any of the other people, though what that was entirely was more than a bit unclear. Cynthia, catching him somewhat distracted, smiled and nudged him with her feet and Arron shook his head and joined in the conversation.

"Well, I'm sure you two will become well acquainted, especially with this project lasting upwards of a year."

He nodded and handed Arron a card. "It was nice to meet you again, Erin." Arron handed him one of his new ones, cringing slightly at the name emboldened on its face, but returned the sentiment all the same. God, how do women deal with men looking at their tits all the time?!?
