Meeting Lucas
"Our first candidate is Lucas," Paul turned his brown eyes from Brendan, looking into the camera as several of the crew seemed to divide their focus between Brendan, Paul, and the driveway at the front of the restored fraternity house.
"Though American-born, Lucas spent much of his early life in Germany. Lucas is twenty-two, a senior in college, and a decorated athlete at his school..."
Before Paul could finish a loud shout came from the street, and soon a sportswear-clad figure emerged from it. It cued Paul into silence as a tall blonde man ran towards Brendan.
Lucas wore a black and yellow jersey and black compression shorts. He had a chiseled body with bulging biceps and thick muscular legs. His face was handsome with high cheekbones and blue eyes. He smiled broadly, "What's up Brendan?" The man stopped and stood in front of Brendan, grinning, showing a perfectly even and white smile.
It was obvious that Lucas had been running for some time before arrival; a glistening sheen of sweat covered his forehead, and there was visible dampness along his muscular neck. A salty, musky odor clung around him, and as he got close to Brendan, the air felt more humid, even sticky.
"As Paul said, I'm Lucas. It's great to meet you."
