Meeting Inko

The hour came at last, the moment that she worried about had arrived. Her limo drove towards the Midoriya household and arrived twenty minutes before the right time. She was early, but would wait patiently until the right time and for Izuku to arrive. He would never wait a single minute for her.

When her beloved arrived she felt her usual joy but also a new stress. It was time.

“Are you okay Ren?” Izuku asked, “you look nervous.”

“I just really want your mother to like me Izuku.” She admitted nervously.

“We’ll don’t worry about it. Mom’s extremely nice, she’ll love you.” Izuku assured her causing some small amount of relief.

They walked up to the door and knocked. Soon it swung open and Inko stood there with a beaming smile as she pulled her son into a hug. All of this melting Ren’s heart, to know that her beloved had a mother who cared about him.

“Oh my baby boy it’s been too long.” She said, hugging him tightly.

“I’m sorry Mom.” He replied, but she patted him.

“Hush dear I understand. Hero training must be so exhausting.” She assured him, “now where’s this lovely lady of yours.”

“Oh she’s right here.” Izuku said, pointing at you. You bow in respect.

“I’m so happy to meet you Ms Midoriya, I’m Ren Yamada. It is an honour.”
