Meet your grandfather

The next morning, the two of you went to meet your grandfather, with you announcing to your grandfather your decision to bed Haruka and the result of that. "Inoue had offered other priestess to him, as well as other people, but he still chose me."

You recalled Inoue's less than ecstatic introduction to Haruka and everything made sense. Because of the so-called prophecy, she was bound to point you to your mother, but there was nothing to say that she has to promote Haruka as someone you should go and have sex with. In fact, just like Harua said, the meeting with your grandfather to announce her pregnancy is a series of events that you decided upon. "Yes, grandfather. The decision to sire my child in Haruka was mine, even after I found out that she gave birth to me 18 years ago."

Thinking back, it was no wonder your grandfather didn't dissuade you from sleeping with your 'mother' or 'sister' since it wouldn't be incestous in the real sense. Then again, he did say there's no problem engaging in inbreeding since your family hadn't done it before.
