Meet up with Ava

You give a big wave to Ava as you spot her in the crowded restaurant, her black hair a dazzling beacon amidst the sea of patrons. She's sitting at a small table by the window, tapping her foot impatiently and scrolling through her phone. When she sees you, she looks up, her expression a mix of relief and happiness.

You wonder what she was scrolling on. Could it be social media? Work emails with her little side hustles? Maybe it was something more personal, a secret she hadn't shared with you yet. The curiosity tickles the back of your mind, but you push it aside. Now isn't the time for that. You've got other things to focus on.

Elsa place her bags on the chair opposite Ava and slid into the booth beside you, her cheeks flushed from the excitement of the shopping spree. The waitress came by, and the three of you ordered your meals, the aroma of the nearby kitchen making your stomach rumble.

"So, how did it go?" Ava asked, her eyes flicking between the two of you with a hint of amusement.

"It was... interesting," you replied, trying not to betray the tumult of emotions Elsa's little show had stirred in you. "We found some good stuff. A new work outfit I believe."

Ava raised an eyebrow, looking at the bag with the lingerie peeking out. "I see, seem like she picked up something extra for a boyfriend too" she said with a smirk. "Looks like you had quite the successful trip."

Elsa giggled, her cheeks flushing deeper. "Well, you know, a girl's gotta look good for her man," she said, her eyes sparkling mischievously. You felt a knot form in your stomach, unsure of how to react. The tension grew as you realized that Ava was oblivious to the secrets you shared with Elsa.

The waitress returned with your drinks, breaking the awkward silence. You took a sip of your iced tea, the cold liquid helping to cool the heat that was rising in your cheeks. You could feel Elsa's leg pressing against yours under the table, her thigh warm and firm.
