Chapter 16 by jw_wjw jw_wjw

Is aisle seat guy nice or mean? Does Candace pass the test?

Mean, while Candace tries to turn off the AC

"Well, Candace," the Aisle Seat Guy continued, "I see you're getting goosebumps."

This was true; Candace's skin, still a bit moist from earlier, was puckering up with the air blowing on it, and that included Candace's ... pink areas. Seeing that her neighbor wasn't about to take her hand, Candace recovered her breasts and tried explaining herself.

"It's just cold, that's all," she uncovered herself once more to deal with the vents before Aisle Seat Guy swatted her hand away.

"That wouldn't be an issue if you hadn't taken your shirt off!" that accusation stung Candace with how much it rang true. Sure, fate had taken her other clothes away, but Candace took off her shirt herself and had only herself to blame for her complete clotheslessness in that regard. "Some of us get quite stuffy on flights," the man continued, "where did you put your shirt anyway?"

"I put it in the sink by accident and it got all wet," she started looking down before muttering the last part, "and then Jenny took it and threw it in the garbage."

"The bathroom garbage?" the man expressed quizzically, "well, if you're so adamant about getting dressed maybe you should go back and get it."

Would she really?!? It was likely still sopping wet, sure, but it was her only intact item of clothing somewhat accessible. Maybe she could even finagle her panties out of the doorhinge, or make another skirt, and make herself somewhat decent. Then again, walking back to the restroom would expose her even more, but it's not like people hadn't already seen her by this point.

Does Candace try to go back for her clothes? Are they still somewhat usable?
