Meal for the Marshal

Razz's antennae twitch up at the decree of his name. Even your own ears perk up at it. The Beedrill stares to his queen as if to make sure he heard correctly, but Talia was the one to question the command of her monarch. "Your Majesty..." The Scolipede asks with an afterward glance of disdain towards Razz. "...Surely this must be some kind of jest, the Lucario escaped under Razz's watch. Had he been in my custody, it-"

The Vespiquen just crosses a leg over the other, leaning back on her throne. She explains while rolling her fingers atop an armrest in annoyance, "And in the end, my capable marshal was able to apprehend the tricky mutt before it caused any of the Golden Hive damage or wrongdoing. Are you questioning my order, Warden Talia?"

The Scolipede winces at that, not wanting the situation to be reversed on her in perpetuating any doubts. Despite her aggressive forwardness against Razz, the warden in the end was still a kiss-ass to the queen. The bug stallion just clenches fists down at her sides as she grunts off, "N-Never, my Queen."

"Good." Razz himself remarks, knowing he's likely gotten away with everything at this point, but also knew not to milk the moment too hard in front of Talia. "I will oblige then, thank you, your Majesty. This dog will trouble you no more, sacrificed to serve you as my nutrition."

The Beedrill proceeds to walk towards Talia, and in doing so, towards you. Your eyes widen in shock as you see the bee saunter forward with a hand casually set to his hip; each hip just bumping at the air in his curvy lower-half which was the whole reason he managed to defeat you. His legs were his most dangerous asset, even in comparison to that stinger of his. And here you were, going to be his thigh muscle or ass fat. His red eyes look calm, having no regrets or qualms about eating you. It makes your ears fold back and for you jerk in place. Maybe you hoped to buy time, or maybe the Beedrill would give you a second chance at freedom in this moment. The queen was right there after all, and maybe you could help defeat Talia if he just-

"Wait!" The Scolipede herself interrupts, making the bee's steps pause midway. Her grip on you just hugs you tighter against her side, rather possessively away from the approaching bee.

Razz sighs and just keeps a knee rested in front of the other, palming out his hand to the side. "Come now Warden Talia. This is most unbecoming-"

"This is meant to be an assurance. Not a reward." Talia adds, making the Beedrill drift an antenna up in confusion. He was curious about what her angle was here. The Scolipede looks to her queen instead and explains, "Your Majesty, it was a mistake on his part to allow the conditions of the prisoner's escape, yes...? He corrected that mistake, yes, but only after it was made. Why should it be seen as a reward for him if he allows mistakes to occur at all? I am fine with Marshal Razz consuming the prisoner, but the act should not be a complete indulgence for him."

The Vespiquen tilts her head, mulling over the concept her warden presented her with and mutters, "...I suppose there is some truth in your concern, but what are you suggesting then, Warden Talia?"

Razz was now leering his eyes, distrusting the situation as Talia tries to bend it to her personal favor. "Queen Vexna, she-"

"I will personally feed the mutt into Marshal Razz." Talia bluntly states, but smiles with an agenda. "But I do not think he should get to enjoy the rarity of such a meal's flavor. If he wishes to enjoy a catch's taste, he should learn not to allow their escape at all, we must prioritize safety, yes? Let me cram it into him where it counts then."

The Scolipede tilts you more upright before 'standing' you up on the floor, keeping a hand on your hand as she keeps your cocoon from tipping over, like she just stabbed a sword at the earth and rested her hand on the hilt. It flattens your ears you to the sides so she can properly face you to the two bees in the room, staring at you. Talia muses with a nefarious tone, "Razz is a capable fighter from his backside down. Let me ram this pooch into his backside to guarantee that the mutt goes to where it'll profit the most. And with that, he doesn't get to enjoy the taste of the meal, but simply gets it out of the way. He wants nutrition? He can have it. But not to his personal delight. This is about us benefitting you, my Queen, not about mistakes benefitting us."

Razz buzzes his wings with a vexation he never expected to feel. While he controls his tone and expression, his body language suggests otherwise with how less relaxed he is. He just shakes his head and demands, "Your Majesty, this is a ruse of jealousy. This envious woman simply wants to punish me when a prisoner escaped from her system of cap-"

"Are you two quite finished?" Queen Vexna demands, snuffing out their infighting that has Razz immediately backing down, with him stationing his posture back to normal.

"...My apologies, Queen Vexna." He replies. Talia does not answer, but simply waits for her queen's answer.

The Vespiquen rubs at her brows to be the deciding factor on something that should have already been simple to execute. Her eyes glance to you pathetic-looking situation before going over to Razz, who looked calm on the surface, but his concerns leave him looking to Talia. He prayed she wouldn't get her way, but perhaps things could be worse. Clapping her hands, the monarch announces, "Very well, I have decided, and I do not want complaints nor bargains after this from either of you. Marshal Razz, the Lucario..."
