Maybe not

The realization overwhelms you. As a field agent, you knew this could happen, you knew that you could eventually work for the other side, that you could have to kill and fuck and pervert and corrupt your old partners. You just hoped that it wouldn't come so soon but now it's here.

Too bad for agent Adams but he knew the risks as well.

"Agent Adams, I'm not feeling very well at the moment, I'd like to go back home."

"Agent Kai? You do look terribly pale. I'm so terribly sorry, this is too much for you, do you want me to drive you?"

"No!" Something inside you thinks, "Kyle run the hell out of here, go back to base, gather a team and come back to get me, I have to be taken out I cannot start spreading a new plague."

But the power of the dark lord is too strong.

"Yes that would be lovely," you hear yourself answer.

"Perfect we'll take your car, let me get this mess all straightened up and I'll be with you in a minute."

As you move away from the crime scene you start feeling something growing inside you, a hunger that cannot be satiated, a hole that cannot be filled, a craving that you'll kill to indulge. Yes kill, that is what you have to do.

The car stops in front of your apartment house.

"Here we are Agent Kai; I'll go back to the crime scene to see if I can find anything else."

"Kyle, can I call you Kyle?"

"Yes please do Agent Kai."

"Call me Jody, please"

"Okay."

"Kyle I'm not sure you should go back there alone. The creature that has killed him will most probably come back looking for his victim and the sun is about to set. It's better if we stay together for the night and tomorrow morning we'll try to find the lair of the monster."

You smile as he parks your car in the parking lot and follows you to your apartment. The urge should be fulfilled soon.
