Does May come and pick her up?
May actually comes
Pacing around outside of the room, Carla wasn't completely sure what to do right now. May had to arrive here sooner or later, right? There was no way that she actually went through the trouble of abandoning her. Especially after all the work they had done on her.
"Here I am!" May announced and gave a wave. Carla waved back and walked over to her granddaughter. Nice as getting to knit with the other old ladies had been, it was just as nice to get back to her home. At least, that was what she told herself. May probably didn't think the same, but the elderly lady didn't care. "How did it go?"
A smile formed on Carla's face.
"Quite great, actually." Carla answered and got a look from Misty. Holding in an elderly chuckle, they headed home.
