The Motivator apparently wanted Matt to go down some alleyway and into some random building, where a woman MIGHT give him consent to fuck her.

The only other details he'd been told is that she was young, he didn't know her personally, and he wouldn't be able to see her face, and she would communicate with him via text message only.

Super fucking weird.

So Matt is already on his way. It's only a couple of minutes away from here he is, anyway. That's probably why he was chosen.

Matt didn't know what he expected to see on the inside of this building, but it certainly wasn't this.

A brick wall at the opposite end of the room, with a modern-looking circular piece of apparatus embedded in it... Like a ring of metal hosing a donut-shaped inflatable cushion.

The cushion itself wasn't the most striking part of the picture though, nor was the condom vending machine to its side.
