Matrons of North America
Matrons represent the direct guidance of the Supreme Femdom Council. Highly capable, and distinguished women they are directly appointed by the Council to rein over there domain as agents of the Council itself. A Matron's will is the Council's will, and she is only answerable to the Council itself. Incharge of guiding and mediating Administrative Region's there's is a daunting job.
In North America we are privileged to hold the Domain's of Two Matrons.
The North American Matron who's Domain and Portfolio is that of Mainland North America itself.
The Caribbean Matron, do to is still developing status and as to avoid potential squabbles. In there wisdom the Council appointed a Matron to directly rein over the Caribbean's Special Adminstrative Zone.

Starting around the 80s and rapidly changing from there, with the World finally United in 2020 under the Supreme Female Council, and there New Femdom Order. Though Technology has Developed the Same as our own, this World's Society slowly changes from the influence of a Secret Society who believe Power should be based around the Theory of "Hyper-Sexual Hierarchy" and that the Female Sex is Naturally at the Top of this Hierarchy!
