The Omnitrix had throwen Ben into heat, now Ben will produce powerful pheromones that will make any women ( Even if they're related to him) no only sexually aroused but also submissive to him as well. One last side effect of the pheromones, the more he fucks a women. Eventually they will see Ben as their mate and becomes his permanently.
