Match

Ash took the baby Victini into his arms. He could feel tears pooling in his eyes as he looked at his adorable daughter, whose eyes were as blue as her mother's, and had a few little tufts of fur between her ears that somewhat resembled Ash's.

Ash could no longer hold it in, and burst into tears of joy as he held his baby girl close to him, who in turn clung unto his fur, feeling the warmth of her father. Victini moved over to join the hug, wrapping her arms around Ash as the adorable Victini kit giggled between them.

Ash was in pure ecstasy. He had a beautiful wife, an adorable daughter, and the blessing of Arceus to be protected. He couldn't fathom it. This was the stuff of dreams, and he knew he wasn't dreaming.

"Mama!"

Victini squealed as she loosened her hug with Ash to look at her daughter. "Your first word only 10 minutes after you hatched! You'll be a very smart girl when you grow up, Match!"

"Papa?" Ash froze as the child turned her head to him and reached out. Ash gladly took her into his arms, and tickled her ears. "Yes, I'm your daddy, your papa. You're making me very emotional right now...waaaahhhh!" Ash choked out before bursting into tears again.

"Ashurie, dear..." Victini said, going to comfort him again. "We don't want Match to cry too..." Victini's eyes were also filling with tears, and she began to cry tears of joy as well, which caused Match to cry too, mimicking her parents in the sense that her tears weren't of sadness either.
