Masturbation is totally fine

Normal exhibitionist tales are about someone that is ashamed of their exposure. In our story the MC loves showing herself off to the world, but she doesn't want to do it herself. This story is set in a less realistic world, which our MC can manipulate in many different ways. She has powers that can make people do things they normally wouldn't do, and make people react very different than they normally would. All of this wouldn't be complete without wiping everyone's mind, just for a day.
