Master doesn't just keep everyone!

"Master? What does she mean by that?" I asked, nervous that he wouldn't keep me as his ****. My heart beat with apprehension. I didn't want him to send me away!

He shrugged. "Occasionally, a few other girls came around, but honestly, they were not to my taste. They didn't have any skills I could use, a personality I enjoyed, or enough beauty to keep my attention for long. I can forgive the lack of one of those qualities, but not more than that..."

My heart skipped a beat. "But.. am I not pretty enough for you, Master?" I asked, looking at him hopefully.

"You are..." he smiled at me. "You're covered on that front..." I sighed in some relief. So if I could just satisfy one other condition, I could stay and serve him?

"Master was quite generous with me," Celeste admitted. "I had to practice quite a bit to be able to prepare him a decent meal... it was disheartening at first... but he admired my dedication to learn, and I met his standards appearance wise as well..." she beamed. "I can safely say I now meet all three of his standards!"

"So, about my personality?" I asked Master hopefully.

"It's enough to pique my interest for now, but it will take time for me to draw final conclusions," he told me. "Do you have any skills I might find useful?"
