Marriage Contracts

"Marriage Contract?" Vernon asked a little confused.

"Well, some old families like the Potters set up contracts between kids from other families that they noticed had similar magical powers, or Magic that meshed well together. Your nephew has had quite a lot of Contracts since his temporary defeat of the one you humans call You-Know-Who. And while Harry is Lord of his Houses since he sent you here that means he does not want to take control of anything yet which means you can look over the contracts that have been submitted to the bank for people to marry him in the future. You can void them or alter them as you wish. You can even use your position to put another person as the future groom if you control other Houses as well," Bonecrusher said passing over a large stack of documents.

"So I have to choose one for my nephew to marry?" Vernon asked.

"One?" Bonecrusher asked with a slight chuckle. "No my dear man all of these are open contracts meaning the people who submitted them do not mind if they end up with themselves or their daughters as part of a harem of wives married to your nephew. All relevant data for them are on the form, such as current age, a current picture of the person, what family they come from, their family's standing, and whatnot. I shall leave you to look them over."

Once Vernon was alone in the office he started going over the documents seeing that the woman in the picture was drop-dead beauty and according to the information was from an old contract set up by the freak's parents and some French slut named Fleur Delacour.
