Chapter 160 by Johnrocker Johnrocker

Back on campus…

Mark’s home

Walking onto the campus grounds after being dropped off, Mark felt a bit of relief that he was home.

With his cock drained from the courtesy of Georgia’s mouth and pussy, Mark didn’t have anything left in the tank for a sexual welcome home surprise from Winter that she had promised. As he got to East Hall, he quickly shot her a text to tell her he wasn’t feeling that great and was just looking to rest this afternoon and evening.

Walking through the doors of East Hall, he was greeted by most people, welcoming him back, most wanting to ask him about what happened the night of the crash. He tried bypassing all their questions, just because he still felt terrible about the whole thing and the way it went down.

Opening up his dorm room, he was welcomed with a familiar sight, Dirty Dale playing a war game on his computer. He didn’t even take his eyes of the screen to acknowledge Mark’s existence.

“How are you doing Dale,” he said, putting his bag down next to the bed.

“Fine,” he replied, banging keys on his keyboard.

Mark chuckled, shaking his head, “Ahh, good to be home huh,” he said to himself.

Taking out items from his bag, he heard his phone buzz from his pants pocket. Checking it straight away, he had a reply from the busty brunette.

Winter: That’s ok xx I actually have a better idea… you free tomoz?

Mark shot back a quick reply, indication that he would be available for whatever she did have in store for him. For the rest of today, he had other matters he needed to solve. Was Bryce back yet? If so, he needed to speak to him, to apologise and hopefully mend fences.

The jock hadn’t replied to any of his texts so he knew he would have to change his tactics to locate him.

There’s one person here that he thought would definitely be able to bring him to Bryce but it was someone he had a poor relationship with. Mark sighed to himself as he sat on his bed, knowing who he must speak to.

***

Miranda was sitting alone in the common room inside East Hall. She sat in one of the comfortable red sofa chairs, reading a book with her bare feet up on the coffee table in front of her.

Noticing her there, Mark sighed before walking over. He was worried what her reaction would be, ever since he did Tiffany wrong earlier this semester, his relationship with Miranda was non-existent.

Coming up to her, taking a seat on a couch to her right, Mark waited for the busty blonde to speak first. She looked over at him, giving him a dirty look.

“What? What do you want? Coming to ask if you can take my car for a spin too?” she said in a smartass tone.

“I need to speak with Bryce,” he said calmly, “He’s not responding to my messages and I was hoping you would be able to lead me to him.”

Miranda put her book down momentarily, moving a bit of her blonde hair away from her face, “Don’t ask me, I’m not his girlfriend.”

“I know but you’re still close with him. I get i mucked up but I want to fix things with him, he at least deserves an apology from me,” Mark explained to her.

He could notice that Miranda looked more than a little ticked off to hear from him. Whether she would admit it or not, she deeply cared for Bryce and the accident had her worrying for weeks for his health.

She took her feet off the table, sitting up in her sofa chair before quietly snapping back at Mark, “You’re off the rails Mark. What the hell did you think you were doing that night? Bryce told you to slow down, not once… not twice… multiple times and you didn’t fucking listen.”

Mark bowed his head, remembering the night a little more vividly than before.

“You could have killed him… you could have killed yourself god damn it and then you just waltz back into here like you’re some sort of hero,” she criticised him.

He nodded, feeling a little ashamed about what happened that night, “I’m sorry. I understand completely and that’s why i just want to apologise to him in person. I need to, at the very least, he deserves that.”

Miranda lightly shook her head, not wanting to spend much more time on this, she clicked her nails against the arm rest of her sofa chair, “He’s at the Eagle Nest right now. It’s just him there, he uses it during the day sometimes to get some alone time. Don’t tell him I sent you.”

Mark half smiled, appreciating her co-operation, he stood up but before he could leave, Miranda said one more thing.

“Are you okay?” she softly said while looking at him.

Mark always seemed to forget the other side to Miranda. College had brought out the worse in her but she wasn’t necessarily a bad person. Deep down, she had a big heart but her attitude and persona did a lot to hide it from people.

“Yeah… yeah I’m physically feeling a lot better… thanks Miranda,” he said, smiling before walking off.

The Eagle Nest…
